I just looked it up, There are 4 Vritra Sacred Gears. They are Absorption line, Shadow Prison, Blaze Black Flare, and Delete Field.

Wouldn't he only gain this weakness if he transformed part of his body into a dragon? Or while he's actively using the sacred gear? Like wouldn't he have no weakness to anti dragon stuff when he's not using the sacred gear?
