Following the instructions on his letter, he slowly made his way over to Platform 9¾, which was strangely quite compared to the rest of the station. Looking up at a massive clock he saw he was nearly an hour early. He walked through the barrier to reveal an old steam train coated in red and gold paint, with a couple of early families on platform. His first impression was it was bit over the top, very grand, but if he was going to venture a guess, it was intended to impress new generations of magicals and make a statement.

Additionally, since his return to this small island, he felt a strange pull from North urging him onward. However, before heading to the North, he had one important task to attend to—taking a nap. Having just eaten, Caraxes preferred to sleep afterward. So, the infamous Blood Wyrm coiled his long, serpentine body and began to snore. The journey to the North would be long, so it was wise to rest first.

Caraxes had been brought back to life, much like Jon Snow in the North, and was confused about his current situation. Though he was unaware of how much time had passed since his death, he knew one thing: his rider, Daemon, was gone. Now, Caraxes found himself without a rider to accompany him in the sky. He disliked this feeling; he cherished the old days when he and Daemon spread chaos and fear wherever they went. With that thought in mind, he decided it was time to find a new rider worthy of his companionship.

I've never heard of a Jedi Lord. I've heard of a Jedi Master and a Sith Lord, but not a Jedi Lord. Is this from KOTOR? And I just forgot.
Second, is giving Arya some much needed tutelage on the Force, it is unfortunate that all of his siblings are not old enough to receive a comprehensive education in the Jedi ways, giving them well rounded abilities in most disciplines, but Robb's second life was one as a Jedi Lord, and as the Masters of his time were forced to, he had to take in many apprentices as long as they were force sensitive, no matter their age.

True and it wasn’t even the real Hokage it was a clone and at one thousand meters away, all he did was throw a kunai and then started running.
