I've been seeing this a lot but it appears madara's personality is slowly over taking his own eventually he be more like a villain than a hero.

the main problem with dust release is that it's not great at dealing with groups since even among kekkai genkai(or kekkai tota) its chakra consumption is crazy.

There is it's just very few jutsu classify at double s rank for example neither the rasengan or the chidori were s rank they were both a rank jutsu when used at their best. As for a rank the rasenshuriken would one another would be mirin. Honestly so few jutsu actually are stronger that its considered an unofficial rank.

It isn't no system is ever truly omnipotent whatsoever if they were, they wouldn't even need or require a host to begin with.
