No hate taken or perceived. You're right, of course, and it's something I've already noticed and thought about myself. I have this unfortunate habit of dragging things out and ending chapters in cliffhangers. I don't think it would be nearly as bad if I had a more frequent upload schedule, as the long wait between chapters only intensifies the feeling of dragging my feet. For some reason while I planned this volume I stuck in my head "Oh, it needs to have X amount of chapters and each one with y amount of words", and I think that's the biggest contributor to what you pointed out. I'll try and fiz those things in later volumes and chapters. Thank you for reading and for your opinion, though, and I hope the story has been, overall, a pleasant enough experience.
