Barbara Gordon was an objectively beautiful girl with ginger hair she often wore in a ponytail. She was nice, and friendly, always making time for people no matter who they were. In short she was the exact opposite of Ethan.

Okay, now you can bring out your weapons and whatnot. This is the path I've chosen to take for now. The premise of this story is Yuji finding peace, but for everyone peace has different meanings. For him, it doesn't mean living like a hermit alone forever, he's already been doing that for centuries and it didn't work, he was still as empty as before. With a new world and beings that could outlive him, his resistance to making connections or attachment will lessen, but it wont be smooth.

Because upstairs, in the apartment above the shop, the bedroom was empty now. The futon had been rolled and stored. The oxygen tank had been returned to the medical supply company two days ago. The nightstand still had a water glass on it, half full, and Ryuu hadn't been able to make himself pour it out.
