That shouldn't be true at all. Vision is a matter of frequency. Rods measure light intensity regardless of frequency. Cones measure different frequencies correlated to the red/green/blue color ranges. There are rare individuals with an extra cone that see even more colors. All that is necessary is to modify a cone such that it perceived the frequency range that correlates to the desired radiation band, such as infrared, ultra violet, x-ray, and (yes) Gamma ray.
"Immediately" is not equal to a "standard week." Immediately (adverb) 1. at once; instantly. 2. without any intervening time or space.
Hmmm... A hydraulic generator would be highly effective in a high-G environment such as this one. Why go to the trouble with reactors?

For starters, I have a degree in economics. I have studied many different economic forms. What you are doing is conflating issues together and relabling them. You are espousing (badly, I might add) an opinion without supporting facts. You want evidence? Just look at any modern textbook on economics. What you espouse more resembles political science and sociology.
