I thought so too, like the author pushed the 18+ plot too much and ended up being weird in the story.

maybe you can add a little romance by matching him with shisui after seeing their closeness, and saving him when he fell off a cliff and then giving his eyes from danzo because you said there she would steal it.. maybe it's a bit of an idea, anyway great job👍😊
