You mistake the meaning of romance author, many things can be a mans romance. From wearing armor if there's any around, to peeking on girls bathing, to sacrificing youself, time or body for the betterment of others, a mans romance, it is not merely passion for woman. Passion, true passion for people, an art, a place, an ideal, that is the meaning romance for me, if a bit romanticized. But to say there is no romance in this story, that is simply wrong, I assure you, there's plenty.
