Until now in Douluo dalu 1 there was no concept of Spiritual power only those above Avarage Titled Douluo could understand it. Then about this method uses the spirit power to locate the spiritual sea and compress the Spiritual power in the spiritual sea with Spirit power to form a Compressed ring.So it was based on Spiritual power talent and I will explain this clearly in new chapter XD.

As for Liu Erlong, she has high spirit power and kinda talented in Spiritual power that's why she's able to form those rings.Of course this process will be very slow, only Liu Feng will form all nine rings because of Yin Kurama.

I thought using the spirit power to compress the spiritual power in the Spiritual sea can form a ring with an ability ofcourse mainly the abilities based on Spiritual power.Main point is one should have abundant Spiritual power and Spirit power.
