I'd say it's much less of harem and more he is a womanizer he doesn't have multiple relationships he just sleeps around with people who catch his fancy making them feel like they are the one before he dips to another adventure in the movie besides kitty I think his true love is the thrill of adventure. if you just have the relationships one at a time just use the romance tag instead of harem if you try to have him balance like 3 relationships at the same time then you have a harem ^-^

the only way I can see you making her technique medical is if it requires the person to completely learn the anatomy of what they want to enhance and they have to enhance all the muscles separately or something weird like that. cause for some reason the only people who can learn the technique are those with an insane amount of Chakra control without that all the hokage's and half of naruto's friends could have probably learned it.

author is definitely gonna have to change it alot to make it work with fuinjutsu as you can brute force break the symbols with a burst of Chakra so I'm excited to see what you do or what interesting ideas you have.

would probably weaken the technique massively but still make it S rank as it would buff the jutsu's instead of giving the person an immunity to genjutsu and pure taijutsu buff. Cause with how wild it works you would need to calm that down massively to mould it and that will supercharge most jutsu's very easily but make them probably impossible to manipulate with yin and yang chakra also that means it's much less a buff for taijutsu and since it doesn't shred your body constantly and keep your Chakra in fluks you lose the genjutsu immunity. probably would work nice with tsunade's strength enhancement but would be much harder to control 🤔
