mmmmmm probably one of the less satisfying chapters. Feels like a lot we already knew jus being repeated this chapter or things we could already have guessed just being said aloud. Hopefully next chapter theres more to chew on as a reader.

Honestly idk how you could get this impression by the story anything applies to Otto also applies to everyone else. The difference is he's an experienced player so he knows how to do things to get the best outcome. Its also known that there are players on higher floors in which when he enters he will instantly not be as comparably strong. Otto's attitude doesnt overlap they balance out. He doesn't kill if he doesn't have to but if he must he can certainly enjoy doing so. Hes cheap but also knows when putting out the cash will give him the best results and knows he can afford it.

I mean it wouldn't really be a hidden organization if they were easy to find and ofc the leader can Otto shows you can be powerful by clearing just one floor and you cant clear the 10th floor because I believe it sends you to the second area.
