I would like to think since she barely got to explore in her other life she tries to overcompensate in this one. Feels like something she would do especially after nearly meeting her end plus I think she sees it as a opportunity to grow stronger.

This book is the definition of generic garbage. If you feel like reading a trash version of books like chrysalis this is gonna be right up your alley. This book was nothing short of a let down. It lacks alot of character interaction and mostly features long boring paragraphs. This book should really learn about the phrase 'show don't tell'. It keeps speaking about how the family is so close and whatnot but from the short interactions between them I find it hard to believe.
