This robot was built by the High Council Commission and was help by other universe allies, also help by the United Universal Alliances. A secret Intergalactic organization made by the High Council and other universe leaders. You know why I knew all of this is because I read that book on wattpad. This book is interesting. In your made up Stands, its like a whole cinematic universe. It is still the same from the JJBA universe but in the future and other things like another organization that is hostile to Passione, an highly advance civilization in another planet, an organization similar to the SCP foundation, and other people's life with a Stand. I like it so much, the update rate is everyday. I think this fan made Stands book is my top 1 favorite than the others. I love it.

Note: This Stand is not own by me but it is own by its original owner name @Rodeo578. This made up Stands were in the story name "Rodeo's anomalious adventures in the SCP foundation" in wattpad. I gave the author a permission to put his Stands in my book so you'll know those cool Stands he made. And also warning, spoilers might be there so if you didn't read the story, then dont read this.
