He would have been much better off choosing the mystical skill. it would have worked better for him than for anybody else.

Usually I would have given up on this story about now. I find this type tedious because the MC never encounters any surprises or difficulties. Thanks for the chapter. Good job so far.

Why would it terrify them when he is to stupid to follow up? He should finish them the same night.

I feel like you are fishing for encouragement. I am going to give some. I think this is a surprising gem. I associate the type of title you have with boring gimmick stories. I guess this is a gimmick story, but with a surprising amount of insight and flavor to it. People are often looking for the same thing over and over when they are reading stories. Sometimes they are upset when they get something out of their comfort zone. I read a lot of junk. I have low tastes. I think most here do, but your story is a cut above average so far.

I'm giving this story a very high rating. I think it gets better as you go along. I found the early chapters less interesting than the later ones which is unusual. The MC is decent and his philosophy is pretty nice. The world is pretty crazy, and just getting good after a couple of hundred chapters.
