yeah true but Tomura was also a product of his upbringing, being orphaned and shunned before AFO, he never bothered to use his powers in any other way than to hurt or kill. like he could use decay to destroy armour or bullets and such as well as rubbel and other potential hazards created during a hreo and villain stand off but he never cared about anyone enough to do any of that instead just using on people themselves. he would be a formidable opponent against people like cementor or threads because he can just decay the things they make or control without having to hurt them

true but you have to remember that he is still just a teenager, one who has admittadly had quite a priveliged upbringing, so you know he isn't necissarily gonna have thought all that out completely. plus on the whole they cant use their quirks thing even dangerous quirk such as radioactive manipulation could be trained sagely at the lower levels allowing for refined control over the basics of their abilities and then further refinement and creation of more powerful examples of their quirk later on in U.A, but o.g. Denki was prime example of how most of them barely even have that, he couldn't control the electricity he could generate much and hadn't bothered to even train his max capacity either

yeah but he could only do that twice before he was running low on stamina, that plus the the ones before and inbetween the two times nets him around that score, plus he could have gotten more but he chose to help others instead, gambling on the second parameter for point scoring.could probably have given a bigger score still but didn't want to put it wayy too high simply because then it looks ridiculous as the highest in canon was bakugo with 77 and his is already double that 😂
