In my head I was reminded a scene from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure: Eyes of Heaven and the scene of Over Heaven Dio deciding to erase Funny Valentine from existence as even one of the strongest Villians to exist stood no chance up against Over Heaven Dio in the first place and no matter what he would always lose in that match up. - King_Gyro_Zeppeli3yrCommented
D4C and King Crimson both should already have Super Strength and Super Speed as effects on their levels. In the JoJo community it is generally accepted that D4C is at the very least as Strong as The World and Star Platinum and King Crimson at bare minimum is only ever so slightly weaker than both The World and Star Platinum.

Even the small meteorites it made were ranging from the size of a baseball to an entire person and the slowest a meteorite can ho in order to cause damage is 25,000 mph fastest is 165,000 even though normally they slow down, with Planet Waves they dont, the amount of energy any of those could have range from destroying entire city blocks to having enough force to destroy cities, Stome Free could punch them away effortlessly, and Star Platinum, The World, D4C, and King Crimson are all stronger than it.
Ok so basically, I can spam meteors albeit small can still be very deadly in a fight if wide in the open well better to save that ability of Planet Waves for another day.
