Ah, here we go again ... He evolved from being a Bad'ass, to a cliché to being a dummy ... Damn! 😔
Such a shame ... The knight really felt dangerous and ominous- until he began yapping ... So cliché. Now I can't even take him seriously anymore. Lol.

Oh, okay. Thanks! That's good to know.
I don't know what kind of girls you hang out with, but that's definitely not most girls, and not those I know. For sure. But, yeah, I ended up coming to terms with it. No big deal.
That's a really good way to read it. Unfortunately I couldn't take it any longer myself ... But perhaps I'll give it another shot with that in mind. Bad writing can be just as good of a lesson as good writing is.
Uh, such a poor choice of phrasing. Lol.
It's been a long time ... And, I haven't read any further, so I don't know if it's explained, but... For me it just doesn't make sense since he was already able to use magic as a new born, without any help or seeing someone use it... So, I don't know.. To me it seems like he doesn't need to go to magic school .. And, with his ability to learn magic on the fly, he could definitely survive in the streets.
For real! Haha. I love how you so perfectly put it. But yeah, it's unnecessary and so eye-rolling.
I understand that. And it make sense. But the Author did a terrible job of showing us what he can learn alone and what he can't. For instance when he was still baby, somehow, he learned to conseal his powers without being taught or seeing it first hand... So why can't he learn other spells like that as well? You know what I mean? To me, that just don't make too much sense. But, no big deal. I guess that's just how things are and I'll go with it.
