A "Taotie dragon" refers to a mythical creature in Chinese mythology, specifically a monstrous, gluttonous being often depicted as a mask-like face with a large, gaping mouth and bulging eyes, symbolizing insatiable greed and used as a decorative motif on ancient bronze vessels to warn against overindulgence; the word "Taotie" literally translates to "glutton" in Chinese.
Most plastics can already be produced from plant oils. No mutants needed.
"Green fertilizer" can fully replace petroleum based fertilizers. This is better known as cover cropping. This also has the advantage of improving soil health, increasing absorption of precipitation, and cutting run off to nearly zero.

If you are a fan of zombie content this is for you. The premise for creation of zombies actually seems plausible. For me, it is a good story, but I'm not a fan of anything with a zombies. I was looking for space/mech/sci-fi and this caught me by surprise.
