I'm gonna use this line if I'm ever proud of my country again.
This is the platonic ideal of a Webnovel series. An ordinary highschool student spends 300 out of the past 100 years cultivating sword immortality one afternoon, and suddenly gets Isekai'd into a world where he's the most desirable man to ever exist. In this new world, women are like Pokemon - you beat them up and add them to your harem. That's pretty much it. The consistency is about as solid as the illustrator's understanding of human anatomy. The author threw in elements of all the plot hashtags on the most popular series, but they kinda just hang awkwardly off to the side, not sure how to mingle with the rest. We're constantly told gender roles are reversed, and shown that everything still revolves around the belief that man is the default of personhood and women are a product for them to consume. Don't take this to mean you shouldn't read it. If you follow more than one series on this app and you're looking for another, this is exactly what you want. Just understand that it's not good.
An ellipsis gets 17 comments, yet two years go by without anyone mentioning that Subjective and Objective should be reversed here?
They also killed Kamish on top of an Indian Burial Mound, for good measure.
TIL Maryland is smaller than Tokyo.
Isn't risking his life to make numbers go up basically all he does? Or has our intrepid hero decided he's earned enough & and will a retire from Hunter-ing and live a life of debauched Hedonism?
Before 9/11, Rudy Giuliani was known for making a huge dent in those numbers. Eventually, voters started to realize killing tons of veterans was the only solution he tried to any problem.
His sense of hearing was already better than a bunch of C & a few B rankers before his rebirth. He doesn't even need to lie here. Yeah, he's being dumb.
The translation notes are quickly becoming some of my favorite parts. We need more deadpan snarkers in the industry.
I was very disappointed when I went to check this chapter(007) of the comic, and didn't see a single rocket launcher.
