interesting 🤔 i always thought that white core and guardian were kinda equal but turns out guardian is the full "endgame" more or less, more power than a white core (generally speaking) but from what i understood they have to have an ideal and then stick to it. It will be interesting in the future to see what lith picks because now he is on the path tp becpme a guardian but his character right now suits more a white core. Considering his past as derek and his life now, maybe he could become a guardian related to family or something along those lines?
not only because of Lith's lifeforce, it has been explained before that origin flames are like moving an arm or leg, it should like another body part. My guess it's that if you use it too much, it will strain it the same way if you lift weights too many times it will hurt your muscles, but instead of muscles we are talking about lifeforce
could have been just the heat of the moment or that it was very recent at the time but around the time Phloria awakened and the gang was in Jiera, it was stated that Phloria would never see Lith as any more than a friend again after she discovered Solus. Then again, Legion is good at making his characters grow so this could change in the future but we'll never know until we get there
i remember a couple of times in the past chapters that this would be Lith's "last" tribulation. i put quotes cuz Mogar made the distinticion "guardian of children" vs "father of all demons" I'm guessing right now Lith is the equivalent of if Legaain was not a guardian and just father of all dragons. Will we see another tribulation in the future and he will have to choose guardianhood or white core? Maybe in an arc where Lochra is more involved in some way, since in her eyes Solus will then be forever "chained" to Lith?
thanks for the chapters but something that nags me, in the previous chapter at the start there was what im guessing is the end of a conversation between the ernas parents and the girls, but the rest of the initial part of the conversation is missing. Could be wrong or is it because we csn guess how the conversation went since we are so far in the story?
which of the author's other novels is this from? sounds interesting
maybe not so much a plot point to weaken him (which could still be a possibility) but that he now has time for it? back at the academy was one thing after another between classes, tests, nalear, balkor etc then he became a ranger, while he could do the job fairly quickly he still had responsibilities to it. After he quit the army, now he is under faluel specifically to train. So maybe it's a thing that has always been there but pushed to the backburner cuz of the situations at the time?
yeah i agree with the point of making the others character useful, hence they are having their own off screen training periods. What i don't like is that, the shiro we came to know would imo use that trauma to get stronger and gain new powers to defend her friends instead of just wallowing in misery and being clingy
