i don't remember exactly what was going through my head. But I believe it was. 1) To uncertain when it hits so this just makes a very easy plot Armor device with no other redeeming factor. 2) Second I believe that it seemed that he had to get the colors in order. And he needed the better talent to get to higher levels. 3) That talent would also take effect in the real world not just through simulations. Meaning everything he does has a chance to have massive negative or simply random effects. So even with a cheat system to purposely give myself a talent that will screw me over at some point is stupid. And all those who say great choice works perfectly with his system blah, blah. Doesn't think how truly Russian roulette this talent is.

To old for the Jedi to care. Palpatine might be a issue but this should be still early enough that Palps should be the apprentice and so he wouldn't be looking for pawns yet. Since he is still hiding/plotting against his master. But could be wrong since I don't think a time line has been established yet. As for not being a benefit I would argue. The best use of the force would be intuition it would provide. Don't go there, that is safe etc. Reaction and powers are all well and cool. But the force speaking to him would be his biggest asset.
While investing points in the Force was quite tempting, I doubted a couple of points would make me an adept user of the Force, so in the meantime it would be best to stick to what I knew. - George_Scott22dReplied to DarkNacho
I semi agree I would have dumped 1 point into Force. 1) Not sure how much it will or won't affect so the difference of before and after is needed. 2) At some point he will be getting training even if it is self training. Just putting one point in to Force will create a good start and make his life easier.
