No nerfing, ever, let him one shot homelander and deal with actual problems, like who will be left in charge when he leaves, the establishment of a viltrum faction in those worlds, and how they will treat the common folk.

A farmer has a power level of 5, master roshi had a power level of around a few hundred when he blew up a moon, even a power level above 40 should be enough to take over the planet or at least blow up a continent while trying.

I agree, though authors get swept up in the moment and embellish their writing, even if they tried not to, it would constantly come out, they have to discard so many thoughts and ideas because of certain reasons.
