So it took me a while but I found the first instance of Kat's eye twitching was in chapter 54 when she couldn't believe a clock from Chekov wasn't magical and the second time was when D.E.M.O.N.S. told her her skillset wasn't that big in Chapter 67. The first arc with Minor (in the tunnels) was Chapter 20-38 but it actually happens in the second arc with Minor after Kat gets emergency summoned. In Chapter 228 her eye twitches for the first time to indicate a lie when Minor said she didn't need rest and Kat wondered why she didn't believe her. And in Chapter 249 Kat's eye twitched again when Minor said she was fine despite being broken into pieces. The next instance was in Chapter 291 when Xiang said he would perhaps find something to stay his hand and Kat had the feeling nothing would get him to stay his hand. I'm not going to look further for now.

And it would even make sense with the established power system as it was mentioned that demons could rank up due to a great feeling of accomplishment. I think that Lily being truly in danger would give Kat a big push to break through her limits and could initiate her rank up since she doesn't seem to take anything else really seriously. (Generally it feels like Demons rank up due to mental maturity, whatever that means to the individual.) But it also seems like Xiang's going to be enough to get through this (to at least run away from ice guy) so maybe this could happen in a future arc.

I'm not sure about that. I actually had a teacher who said she only slept for four hours every day and she never seemed like she needed more sleep. Apparently there are some people who just don't need much sleep? I wish that were the case for me too, I always wake up tired.
