Thanks for the review! I understand the frustrations and i don’t claim to be a good writer. Yes the story follows Canon. Mostly because I’m not very creative, but also because it’s what i find enjoyable. The reason he lets the Black Cats die is because he warned Kirito, and wanted to show him thay things have consequences. Its also supposed to be used as a hint that hes not necessarily the way he makes himself seem. But like i said I’m not a good writer, so yes this was poorly Executed. sorry! As for the backstory, Yes i purposely skipped it because i personally get tired of reading peoples origin stories before i ever find out if i like the story. Which seemed to benefit you, as i assume you’ve already dropped this book and probably won’t see this response. Also i planned it for backstories. Also SAO LN literally starts with Kirito on floor 70 after they enter the game. And besides a Quick monologue from him we don’t know anything about him, before we are put in the game. I jusy figured people would be like me and want to get straight into the action, over a full introduction chapter. But yes, this story is cringey, cliche, poorly written with no proofreading. Sorry this story wasn’t what you were looking for! Good luck in the future.

Ya its honestly just lazy writing on my part. I find writing dialogue being the hardest part for me, i cut corners where i can. sorry!

That’s kinda how i was thinking of it. that’s also why throughout the story he’s never parried against opponents. I’ll try to really think about the skill and maybe update this page in the future with a better description. Maybe even a better name. thanks

I actually really like this and it will fit his whole “attacking in multiples of 8” 8->16->32->64 so on. thinking of speed increases with every slash, and then damage boosts a certain amount at every multiple. Not sure yet but ill definitely think on that so thanks

Yes i plan to. Not sure how long I’ll make those arcs, but they will happen.

Hmm probably won’t save Yuna, as i don’t plan on doing the ordinal scale movie. however Hachi is a freerunner in real life, Ordinal scale would be perfect for him. as for the flashback, it will either be the next one, or the one after. I’ve actually never written any kind of a romance before, so im Kind of nervous about that. I originally planned for MC to not have any love interest until later, but people really wanted Asuna and i wasn’t opposed to it. I actually thought people wouldn’t want MC with Asuna at all, so i planned to just fan the flames between her an Kirito, but oh well. thanks for reading!

Ya, but im mostly doing this by memory, and when i need a refresher its easier to watch a 20 minute episode than read the LN. sorry! I’ll consider adding in some side stories or Something.

I gotta be honest i didn’t think anyone would want an MCxAsuna pairing, but Im definitely for it. I think KiritoxSinon goes better anyways.
