Why is he doing everything in his house where his family, he is rich shouldn't he have lair by now where he do these dangerous experiments. (Though I know this fic is childish, but I just cannot stop myself from thinking that this might turn bit mature over time.)

A forced plot so that author doesn't have to mess with canon plot, because he lack the creativity for his own plot, if you doubt me, just see the progress in the story, it's glaringly negligible.

Hardly any progress in plot, most chapter are filled with info dump that doesn’t contribute to story at all, 1) dungeons 2) training 3) info dump , that all last 90+ chapter, hardly any plot or story progression, huge waste of time and energy, most characters are boring.
