When I say (no matter how strong) I don't really mean it. Someone of Saltor's level would just barely be fine, but anything higher then that and that would be pushing it. Im saying this since this is from Hui Guiying's POV. He doesn't know this information, i'm just explaining it cuz it sounds too much of a cheat power if I don't correct it T^T
The regresser, Hui Guiying smirked.
