it's a joke some harem novels I read tend to make EVERY SINGLE NAMED FEMALE CHARACTER a part of the MC's harem one way or another so I was counting incase this one does the same.

seeing as he still has his ability to manipulate blood and that he still has access to his world orb(though he doesn't know about it) I think he still has his abilities just that they are sealed because he is too weak to use them and will regain them along with his memories as he gets stronger.
