Magoi2mthCommentedAssuming they didn’t get the tower copy of the ears, what was the point of this storyline? Why not just have the WT get the ears off screen and then lure Lith in, instead of wasting how ever many chapters this was. Love the story but this is very confusing.

Of course, there were exceptions. Alice's soul could be much stronger than the norm and, therefore, resilient enough to endure fusing with a Curse, but the rewards weren't worth the reward.
