I just finished the first arcā¦.. this one is very nice šš. I like angst when I know the ending will be sweet, but wow it gave me the feels.
My big book recc is I'm Walking the Career Line In Dog Blood - it's MTL again and the start is a bit hard to get through but I guarantee it's beautiful. I don't call stories beautiful but this one is - especially the first three arcs (the rest is ok and the ending is super abrupt), its GORGEOUS.Ā This is the first time I've read a BL QT where the romance line is legit more a side story and doesn't take over the main thing (again mostly in first three arcs but I do like other arcs too very sweet) it's got a lot of unique points, not much humor though, and one of the most considerate MLs everrrrr. Highly recc it's one of my top favs, at least top 10 in my opinion.Ā - Sr123451yrCommented

Tbh, i also prefer it to be directly translated rather than the English equivalent unless it would make no sense in English. Some people might like it completely translated, but then itās a matter of preference. And since youāre literally the author here, i donāt see why they would complainā¦?? Likeā¦. readers donāt like just one specific thing, so as long as be understood, the creator gets to chooseš¶š¶
Honestly, I just asked for confirmation of a Chinese term, and they were helpful and more or less agreed with my definition (it was the 'Speak human*' bit above) but when they found out I was an original they were literally like, 'Why would you even use this term, just say they were being mean'. And they were saying how it doesn't work in English and when I tried to defend myself about adding the Chinese style to it with this term one of them had the AUDACITY to be like 'But... this is an English saying too'. Like bruh, why are you stopping me then istg I was upset af there was a lot of contradiction happening and I was confused and I definitely doubted my writing a lot after ah. He won't slack off, he will do his best to finish his part, help the people behind or struggling, and take over the leadership role if necessary.
