Does the story move outside the University then? Roman won't leave Julie. Melanie and Conner might get wise to what's going on and join their parents as hunters. So excited for the answers in the next chapters.

Julie needs to tap fully into her witch powers to protect herself. Also, I can't see Roman being under the thumb of Donovan forever. Which means he has to become more powerful than the elders, no?

I think Conner is going to regret losing the chance to date Mel...that is if Simon (or whoever Roman was hinting at) actually pursues Melanie and makes Conner jealous. Conner and Reese seem kinda meh. Melanie was really into Conner. I think she would have made a better gf. I love that this story has interesting side characters.

I still remember the movie I sat through but didn't actually watch with my first love (now husband). We missed almost the entire movie kissing and talking. The best date ever. I love that this author is throwing in such good scenes.

Roman definitely doesn't read as a nice person. But I love that he wants Julie to find her own strength. What is it about Julie that gives her the ability to not be compelled? obviously, others have been the same way, if Roman knows she will be killed for it...

Such a good mystery. Seemed like Graham had a hint of jealousy in front of the painter, right? I wonder if the painter started drinking more heavily after Lisa died...was he involved with her maybe. A really well developed story/mystery. Can't wait for more chapters.

Such a good story! The characters, the conflicts and the ending were perfect. I would have kept reading and reading. This author kept it short and sweet. Better a good story than one dragged on for too long. I'm completely satisfied with this tale. Thanks.

I was rooting for Zarin to be her future mate back when they were kids. Being Heaven's one friend. Pride and Envy are so unattractive and he is blind to what a third wheel he is. Even his mom Klara saw how she was pushing herself in Lucian's and Hazel's love story. Klara needs to save her son at this point.
