I think the first chapter good it rare to for a Mha fanfic to in the same year as the big three. Only thing i hope you make the mc work for his power and not just steam roll everything. Also if possible don't just copy and paste all the ability's form the characters the mc quirk it based of and come up with some cool unique skills of your own.

I'm pretty sure Dio still had it vampire power he just did not use them cause of arrogance
