My be it's cuz the panel only exists in his mind. There is no future version of the panel because it isn't real.

The vestibule is designed by the system though, it could just be built in and it didn't tell Anthony. Or maybe the Ancients have a skill that let's them impose their will onto any monster vestibule or not and Anthony's vestibule make it easier since it's wired into his head.

or maybe the vestibule could work as the back door for the Ancients to impose their Will onto Anthony.

Most of the time, I forget these people can do that.
He floated up to its chest and entered its cockpit so that he could check on the internal diagnostics of the mech.
