Interesting. I feel like black frsmed world can just stand as a single novel by itself without the Comparison Viewing System. It's good until you reach chaptef 390, where the momentum immediately dissipate because bad translation and the story stuck on Black-framed Naruto x Tsunade. I've been persevering in reading through these much chapters, only for the translation to go bad, making me stop reading. I haven't even reach the first Comparison Viewing System first checkpoint where the rewards will be given out. Writing Quality (3/5) because chapter 390+ is basically unreadable. Story Development (1/5) what's the use of long build-up if halfway reading it cause immersion-breaking and annoyance. The rest (5/5).
I got tired reading it after 15 chapters. Too much back-and-forth bootlicking/praise... just making it awkward. The time setting (MC working there or intern, I'm not sure) for 2+ years remove the exploration aspect from the novel, making it seems as if every dianostic is just a long magical spell incantation and the only power inclination seems to be just attribute.
Writing Quality (3/5) The quality is inconsistent. But, the reading is smooth. The story is really good. It reminds me when I'm playing with myself by drawing stickman and making a fight between different-colored stickman. Just imagining stuff + named character from One Piece is kinda satisfying. But, the plot is inconsistent. It's sometimes jumbled. So, just don't mind the details. Story Development (5/5) Really nice if you just want to chill. But, you have to be open-minded. Character Design (3/5) Just because I read some comment that the character got butchered. It's interesting, but monotonous. Update Stability (5/5) because so many chapters. World Background (5/5) the setting is really good even though it's too overpowered. Things to keep in mind: •If (dialogue contains "Haha") : just acknowledge it and the character, then skip it. •If (character shows off) : ignore all reacting characters and skip their internal monologue if ou're not interested in their character. •If (dialogue contains "Oh my" and the character is not Kizaru) : ignore it. •If (fight scene lasts 2+ chapters) : Skim through it or if desperate, just read the title. •If (story is inconsistent/illogical and contains 'comment') : Turn off your brain, don't look at the comment. Just enjoy yourself. •If (world is conan-ology) : Skip the chapters.
Dang it. Why did his novel put me to tears so early in these chapters.
World Setting : Naruto World, but the times are already far into the end of Naruto Anime. Accompanied with unbearable slow pace (mostly because the amount of words are so many in a single chapter) and indescribable awkward scene/unnecessary conversation (because he's stuck to Konan by default)... Too much text, lazy to read, awkward and linear atmosphere makes me only able to imagine them as comical, childish, superhero action figure. My patience finally ran thin and stopped reading this fanfic novel. Update Stability (5/5), the amount of words and many chapters are already high. The rest (3/5) because I read some comments that the enemy (Shinno) got OP for no reason, Ryujetsu also have intelligence on impossible stuff (Orochimaru's bases). Character feels like they are just a means of author to give the next goals or twist the plot longer.
I think it's really good. I haven't seen that much novel fanfic that makes Danzo into kind-hearted old man. What a shame though, the latest chapter is very disappointing. I can't believe the author implement time-skip at critical moment and doesn't show off system's prowess. But, the story is definitely interesting. Spoiler: MC : Kushina pregnancy and naruto's birth is the start of konoha's major turning point on Konoha's downfall. Kushina's pregnancy will be in 6 months. I have to prepare. Author: Prepare? Sike. I will do 6 months time skip and show no progress in his system's skill points. Hehe... [6 months later] MC : I'm prepared, but my power is still the same as if nothing happened. How weird. Obito : Heh. Nine tails? (Use Genjutsu) MC : Why didn't I even think of that... I'm not gonna use it, though... (for unknown reason)
Um... surprisingly good. I thought it's gonna be awkward at the start, but it's actually fine. Nice and cozy place. I thought the variety of pokemon names, moves, and character would be too much to handle, but it's not that overwhelming since you're not traveling with Ash... the pace is really good for someone who don't really know much about the anime. Just my personal opinion.
My point is the Zephyr's fight makes the battle mechanics weird. Star Lord's Light Beam attack makes the system questionable. MC's power surge being downplayed as innate talent, no matter how much reasoning/excuses the Auhor make, it still makes me question those Marine intelligence. Slice-Slice Clone seems interesting, but not entirely logical. Fusion Fruit seems underwhelming. I mean it's strong, but Akainu's fight is annoyingly weird. It's not that satisfying. But, I also realize now... He doesn't really learn much from Zephyr, only Armament Haki and Armament Haki: Release. It's so pathetic. Whatever, I will quit reading.
The story has a really good twist from Canon. So, it's interesting to find out what happen next. But, I find it really underwhelming. I guess the author doesn't make MC truly OP, even though the system itself seems OP. It makes me constantly bored because I was expecting stronger MC. Also, I never read One Piece fanfic that implements Augmenting Equipment (appears during Enel's Fight). So, I'm not used to that situation coupled with the fact that MC creates Good Alloy that seems really strong and stupidly circulate it. I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Character Design (3/5) idk why MC is really likes Cola and even has that habit in his second Clone (Ryuji) story. Also, even though author explain that MC uses Return-Return Fruit because 'life-threatening danger', I still don't understand why would he even do that and expose himself or something... anyways, my opinion is those unknown 'mystery' stuff involving time used to twist the story makes me annoyed (just my personal opinion). I also read someone else comment, "MC relies too heavily on System and not even training Haki properly" does have big impact on his strength, it seems. Story Development (3/5) because so far from what I read, the story main idea is utilizing multiple fruit ability to defeat the enemy. MC not even learning or training haki seriously (it only explains a little bit) makes the novel feels lacking... as if Haki is not that important. The fight scene sometimes got weird and Fruit Loadout is not explained properly. Also, there is a chapter saying Star Lord manifest a Stron Beam of Light by cycling through fruit abilities (is that even possible). The Slice-Slice Fruit not active in Main Body Loadout still allows Slice-Slice Clone to exist and even share memory and stuff? During the battle, cycling through different loadout [Defense/Attack/Mobility] is also somewhat weird. Author clearly said different rarities of Zoan Fruit has different power modifier, but it's never explained and he can just change Loadout without worrying about his body parameter changing (Strength/Agility/Speed/Endurance). It eventually just turns into, "I have this fruit, so I can explain why I can use this certain abilities" kinda thing. I'm not even sure of his body parameters without fruit anymore. So, winning or losing a fight becomes unclear and only depends on whether the Author wants MC to win or lose. The rest (5/5)
First World: Naruto World... newbie town is nice, introducing basjc mechanics of the System, and Journey to become Stronger. Second World: One Piece. You already know the mechanics and grasp the plotline and goals, but with MC still having his Invincible Power, the world and the journey just lose it's thrill and even the Journey to become Stronger is becoming less detailed. I recommend just reading the 1st Volume (Naruto World) only. So, Story Development (4/5) because sometimes it's just weird that nobody ever questions MC power surge or strange stuff. The storyline is still really good because it does have some changes to Canon Storyline. The rest I'll just give (5/5).
