the power of the lighting has nothing to do with yaya's strength and is solely based on the growth of the treasure, yaya's strength only influences the treasure's growth speed and since it was only 'born' recently it still needs alot of time to reach the level of a beast lord's lightning.

my guess is because it's the starter vellage and is something like a link between reality and the game and the NPC's from the actual game world don't know about the real one.
