I took the captain america example because at a certain point, the force of a helicopter would be more than enough to rip the toughest of ‘normal person’ muscles, essentially ripping captain america in half if he didn’t let go. Without surpassing the biological limit of human muscle fibers, his feat should be impossible. That’s why I said basic combat logic hoes out the window the moment things go beyond human. Plus, it’s easier that way

That logic should only apply below the superhuman level. Take captain america for example. Holding back a helicopter from flying takes superhuman levels of strength, but his bodyweight is still in the range of a normal human. At a point, even if your entire body is muscle mass, there will be a human limit to it. Superhuman strength clearly defies that inherent logic
