For those of you don't know. This is a reference from Avengers: End game I believe. Charlotte confessed she loves Elliot tons. The word ton is 2000 pounds and Elliot responding I love you 3000 is saying he loves her more.
Charlotte denied, "No, I love you tons more." Elliot shook his head with a foolish grin. "I love you 3000." Charlotte bursted out laughing. She looked him in the eye and giggled helplessly. true true true but we have to recognise the effort these doctors put in. They go through an intensive battle of medical school, internship (not sure) residentsy, hours of shifts and much more. The fact they are willing to go through all that is amazing.
