I personally do when I try this method and since I did not make the method I cannot be a hundred percent sure but I believe that setting the intention is the most important part is setting the intention

I have stated in some of the paragraphs that a lot of my input is personal such as the section on scripting. 2. many of the facts that you claim "unreliable" are easy to agree with when one does not lack common sense such as dying in your dr will cause you to die in your cr because if it was ever cut, bruise and scratch will appear on you in your cr if it were true because of the fact that your consciousness is what is moving rather than your physical body as well. if you would like me to refer to certain points I made I would be more than happy to explain. Don't forget that shifting as a whole cannot be proven with facts and evidence so any "fact" that you have about this topic is based on personal views as a whole.

nope its important to just do what is comfortable for you and what works best for you, personally I use them and sometimes I don't it doesn't really matter to me but I do think it works better (for me at least) to use them

people have said to script that they open automatically, or have someone from there shake you to wake up

i do not think it too much but could be very energy draining

nope, the script itself is not necessary but it helps personally with organizing my thoughts and having something to go back to and it's fun in general to do and it feels like you are interacting with your dr in a way.

I think I do, like when it gets heavy and tense? that is a good sign.
