I still think madam pualis power falls under the circle of Inevitability power but a different pathway from the dancer pathway all together, remember circle of Inevitability is an above sequence and all above sequence has atleast two pathways in each group except for The fate group that only has one. Here is my hypothesis, I believe the padre powers which is dancer pathway and madam pualis death and life related power are from the same group but different pathways and the group above sequence is called circle of Inevitability. Just like seer, door and error group.

Remember key of light is a whole group on its own, like COI, since it is an above sequence. Therefore COI like other above sequence might have more than one pathway, only key of light has one pathway for now, and COI is not the only above sequence group that shows fate related powers, Lord of Mysteries group also have some powers on fate, even God Almighty group under the reader pathway. So it isn't necessarily connected to Key of light group, unless it's like Eternal darkness group and red priest group that can be connected. So it's likely we would see more than one pathway from the COI above sequence group.

Why can't constantine be the God of craftsmanship and not stiano, Mr. Door mentioned the artisan which could be constantine or some one different all together. If not the author could have mentioned stiano or constantine, since we already know their name, they is no use hiding it. So since no name is mentioned then it's might no be the two.
