The change in pronouns is intentional, every announcer dialogue that has ""sample"" instead of the usual "sample" is from Wada's perspective, and from his point of view in the current state he is in, everything including the physical appearance and gender of the Uma Musume have reverted back to as if he was in his original world, which is why the 'announcer' uses he/him pronouns for T.M. Opera O and Symboli Rudolf. Yeah, it's confusing as hell.

Erm, ackthually, Meisho Doto's bust size is larger than Super Creeks's, with Meisho Doto being around 99 cm and Super Creek being around 97cm.
