No, it wouldn't because the system is stating the chance of victory after considering everything about you. For example, let's use pokemon. Lightning types are ineffective to Earth-type so the Earth-type might win the battle. This doesn't mean the same Lightning type will win against a fire type. It's just taking into account your variables and the opponents.
