so, the book isn't that bad, the problem in my opinion is MC's personality, a little too arrogant for my taste and bipolar (he behaves quite kindly in some cases while he seems like a piece of shit in others) together with the fact that he knows the story, but doesn't explain it to the public, so it's complex to follow the story. positive point - the secondary characters have quite interesting backgrounds (the general worldbuilding is a bit approximate). I haven't continued the story much so I don't know if the situation gets better ahead

You've been a little too bad with a 2/5 for the story, it's being handled pretty well, plus as fan fiction it should stay similar to the original story (at least initially). SPOILER ON "REBORN AS THE GRANDSON OF MADARA" A NARUTO FAN FICTION, READ ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED OR HAVE ALREADY READ however it has nothing to do with (I'm not offending anyone, it's personal tastes) "reborn as the grandson of madara uchiha", there the story is already disintegrated from a rather early point, because MC was born several years before Itachi ( I don't know if you know Naruto or fan fiction but it was to make a comparison) and becomes, at the birth of naruto, a war machine capable of beating almost all the ninja world alone, solves every type of problem that the characters have and everything becomes a "one man show" because he makes all the other characters flat (about 13/14 years old) and then hallucinating enemies start to appear to create a challenge.
