Yes that was definitely some of the problems I think of when I suggested this since those scene will be quite troublesome to write. Those scene and whatever happened in between plot as well, like would they cooperate with each other to help MC or are they just going to cause problem for each other Take as much time as you need tho, hopefully you can make it work. Personally, I think it would be funny if they are super cooperated in bed but immidiately hate each other the next day.

About suggestion, I do feel like a Yandere harem situation really works the best when they act like they are friends to MC but constantly at each other's throat, trying to make the other suffer. My explanation isn't the best and this idea probably is very hard to executed without sounding edgy, but that's what I think of when I imagine a Yandere harem situation.
