MC is crippled, with his chakra system destroyed, which prevents him from using Shinobi techniques. Additionally, he will die at a young age due to the lack of Life Energy. It's the first time I've seen a character so severely weakened, whose fate is literally sealed from the start, and seemingly nothing can be done about it. There's no system or anything else that could help MC, only his high intellect and powerful mind. I've finished reading the first arc, and I can confidently say that Naruto is taking a path I didn't expect. He's also not healed right away; by the end of the first arc, he remains almost the same as he was, and I don't yet know how long he'll remain 'crippled' but I've noticed a few hints that could lead to something... The author leads the story slowly and in detail, there are really a lot of details, and the author explains everything thoroughly. Naruto's journey to power and a long life is incredible. I can't wait to see what happens next.
