Hmm 3 inches can make a lot of difference if you are comparing pp size. But height? I don't think 3 inches are much there.

Hackers don't really need to know different coding languages to hack. And all high level coding languages more or less apply the same concepts. Their might be some differences in implementation but that's not something to troublesome.

And why did he want to save the princess may I ask?
"System, is it necessary to take up the case?" It wasn't like Zion didn't want to save that Princess, but he still didn't prefer to trust this system. If his deductions were correct, this system wasn't a threat to his life. He would just have to solve the cases 007 would give him in exchange for points and save the world.
