I dropped the story because I didn't really like the plot. After Rest becomes a noble, he no longer has any freedom. He is always told what to do and doesn't really have a say. He would have been better off becoming an adventurer, I think, at least then he would still have his freedom.

An interesting beginning to the story, I'm curious to see how it continues. The structure of the world, other races and factions, and how Adam develops.
