I decided I wasn't going to waste any time. I may have been exhausted, but I was going to get stronger for them. I was going to keep improving and use my powers better. I already had a handle on flying around and using a blade of air to cut inanimate objects like logs, but I didn't really have any skills that could help in offense or defense in a fight. I could easily use flight to avoid situations and attacks, but what if I get into a situation where I can't escape by air or one that requires me to fight back? I'm not as adept at fighting as the boys, since I've always relied on avoiding fights and my intangibility. So for the next few hours, I focused on increasing ways I could do damage, other than blasting people away with the wind. I ended up coming up with the idea of creating wind arm bracers to increase the strength and speed of my punches… that doesn't mean I got it down instantly during this time. Nah. I could barely manipulate the air to wrap around my forearms in a spiral pattern by the time the rain started to stop. - Cinik5mthReplied to andrew_cowles
Thanks for the question! If you are referring to Captain Delta, it is because he did not grow up in the East Blue! It is highly uncommon, but there are a handful of people in the East Blue that know Haki. I would compare it to Shanks. He has traveled a lot and knows how to use Haki while being in the East Blue. :)

Three year olds still aren’t the most stable and are still considered older toddlers. I actually worked with two and three year olds and they weren’t the most steady movers :D so I thought the word toddled was a cute choice :)
I turned to the confused Sabo and told him with a sigh, "Sorry, he's not a fan of our dad… It's best not to talk about him around Ace." Sabo was stunned for a moment, taking in what was just told to him. You could see he had a million questions going through his mind, but he was afraid to ask any of them because of Ace. "I'll give you the 'Ace-friendly' summary of you-know-who. So 'that guy' was executed before Ace was even born, and I don't remember much about him since I was only 1 and a half when it happened. Hi, thanks for the comment! I originally thought about doing that, however, I went with air to be on the safe side. Back when Dragon was helping the people of Grey Terminal, there was a large gust of wind that has not been explained. Some believe it was Haki, some believe it was something else, but some believe it could have been a wind devil fruit that Dragon could possess and just hasn't been revealed yet. Her powers are similar to wind, but it's more broad to be safe. Thanks again for the comment :)

Thanks for the advice! I’m glad you pointed that out! I was just typing out a future chapter where an old member of Roger’s crew pointed out remembering seeing her, so I am glad I was able to go back and fix that hole!

It may seem love-triangle-ish in the beginning, but the main plot won’t surround romance for a bit. There will be romance eventually, but it will be a slow-burn. Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for the comment! Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t, hehe. I never specified if the “last of a bloodline” was one or two people :) the title will definitely come into play around Marineford and all will be revealed!

Actually, his name was never a secret! People used to call him Gol D. Roger, but along the way it changed to Gold because it was either easier for the younger generation to say or they believed the One Piece to consist of gold, hense “Gold” Roger. :)

Thanks again for the comment! There were two reasons he didn’t write or tell her! The first was that she never gave Dragon Sabo’s last name to him (we don’t know Sabo’s last name). I assumed their world was like ours, where many people could have the same name, we just don’t meet them. The second reaso no was because he is the leader of a large movement that is still growing, so he is bound to have his hands full to to the point he didn’t remember a conversation he had with a teen until he saw her again. Hi! Thanks for the comment! I love that you did the math and offered advice! So, Anne was one when Roger was still alive. That means that she would have been at least two when Ace was born. There is about a five month difference between their birthdays, so she is a little over than two and a half years older than Ace. Rounding up makes it roughly 3 years. I really do appreciate your comment, had me double guessing myself!

🤔 very good question. I would say yes, only because if a Logia user encounters their power substance in nature, they can merge with it. Since her’s is air (which is everywhere) and you cannot see everything in the air, I’d say so. That is, once she actually realizes that’s a thing 😅

Thanks for the comment! Sorry it took so long to respond! Here is what I can tell you so far: 1. Possibly for a short time, still undetermined! 2. She WILL have her own crew, but she may or may not be a warlord, depending on if Delta has a say (and if being the Pirate King’s daughter will affect it). Sorry it’s vague, but that aspect is still being pondered and I can’t give too many spoilers! 3. She probably won’t be a Yonko, since the word “Yonko” translates to “4 Emperors”, so there can only be 4 at a given time, and those spots are taken 4. She will get invited to join the Rev, but she won’t official join them for awhile. The first part of the story will be demonstrating how Anne plays a role on this world and how responds/treats her, but the second part... heh heh. 5. I actually haven’t thought about her ruling a kingdom... hm 🤔 6. Depends on your definition of “revenge”! She definitely will have a few individuals she will want to get back at...
