Man, dealing with Angel feels like a constant drain, like Sam must always wear a mask and hide his true self, with the situation always being tense, always with the danger of stupid guns and stuff. In contrast, being with Sophie is a breath of fresh air. She brings a sense of ease and comfort, can be teased, is pretty normal, and has the same status (I think). Well, compared to other women, she would be my first choice to have a relationship with if I were Sam
The genuine concern lies not in the system masquerading as Miami, but rather in its attempts to manipulate him. Though it is impossible not to cooperate with the system now that the situation has escalated to this, the mc can try to avoid being manipulated by having higher emotion management— staying composed and level-headed, not blinded by emotional stimulants.
Just my frustration, but the MC has indeed portrayed a happy-go-lucky persona. Frankly, I find it pathetic, seeing his emotionally expressive and vulnerable display, which, in my view, leans toward immaturity in this apocalyptic world. Nevertheless, I know that this could serve as a starting point for his character development
I believe it would be better if JY were more ruthless, serious, and less lighthearted in these confrontations, especially considering his recent loss of Jiajia. Maintaining the somber tone of his mood from previous chapters would enhance the immersion. There should be a palpable sense of urgency and decisiveness in his actions and words. The impression I got from this chapter is that he still appeared startled easily, looking a bit goofy, and didn't show enough firmness, as if he were behaving as his usual self, disregarding the fact that Jiajia had just passed away. Just my opinion, though.
Thank you, and well done. This arc has truly been quite a journey. Despite a few minor issues along the way, the overall experience has been highly satisfying. Now that it has come to a close, it's time we're shifting gears back to the tense and serious situation at home (I feel that this is one big interlude arc). I am also eager to see how JY will grapple with the shocking revelation of Jiajia's passing away. Lastly, bidding farewell to some of Ji Yuan's beloved going off-screen is bittersweet. I hope that isn't too prolonged as I understand it is necessary for the plot and managing a lot of characters when they regroup can indeed be a challenging task for the author.
Ding Xiaoxiao dominates Ji Yuan in bed would be a good idea. Her personality, actions, and Ji Yuan's reactions to her make her a compelling character to do that to JY. Though, I'm not sure how that will be possible because she's still a virgin, and while it might be unconventional, it could lead to an intriguing dynamic shift, especially since Ji Yuan has typically taken the lead. And I don't think I have seen any other females capable of such a role except Shui Xisi, Ling Feiyue, and Little Princess, I believe.
Technically, they got the mole, but they lack concrete evidence that will prove he is a spy. Nonetheless, "if" those individuals—Herald Ma Laide, and Holy Harpy Yue Wushuang—who instead did not happen to be spies, were wrongfully detained, this could mark the beginning of the Ancient race's internal downfall and it will be the enemy side that gained benefits from this.
Wait, there's a double negative here. Is this intentional?
