Go on fanfiction.net and type in the word neglect and use the filters and it will give you tons of neglect fanfics and not just Naruto but Harry Potter too and others. fanfiction.net is the place with the most fanfics and most of the good fanfics have word counts in the 20,40,50,60,100 thousands. I really recommend it because it has both fanfics and crossovers of anime, games, books, cartoons, and others stuff. so if you want to read a crossover of Naruto and anime such as high school dxd then that's the place to read at.

Honestly feels kinda like a waste on both family background and wishes. Elthtic memory is kinda useless and more like a curse since you remember everything so if you have a traumatic experience you could never get over it. power of creation is limited in use and was downgraded further making it practically useless, don't get me wrong it's a great power if it was not limited an example would be trying to make the fountain of life from seven deadly sins, since it was downgraded it would make it ether impossible to make it or would just give a limited regeneration not like the original. next is a strong affinity to mana, it's great for isekai's but not for high school dxd, the reason why is because in isekai's you normally deal with weak humans that are limited in talent but in high school dxd you have people who can destroy the earth. now for family background, first off he choose a human family, A wealthy family but otherwise human family which means he is part of the weakest race. Now what confuses me is why he didn't pick one of the 72 pillar families or at least make himself part human just for a sacred gear. He picked a normal family instead of a family apart of the supernatural which is dumb. Now I would choose 1. The five true magic from the fate series. 2. The highest talent in everything a devil could possess. 3. choosing the gender and looks of the person he's reborn as. for background I would choose to be the child of a oc Gremory and Phoenix devil. reincarnate as a baby, although it would be embarrassing It wouldn't cause suspicion. not only would you get the power of destruction but also the power of the Phoenix family and the fact that the marriage between rais and raiser would be void is just the cherry on top.

High school dxd is overused do magi the labyrinth of magic or black clover. I would suggest magi more because of it having a detailed magic system and not having a lot of fanfics of it
