I recognized my mistake, I only looked on one page where it's said he was born 240AC while most others say 243-245.

I know Au and all but Brynden wa sborn in 240 AC in Rivverun, if you take the birthdate that you currently use he will only be 13 when the war of the ninepenny kings start, and we'll he was considered a notable commander so I guess yo should go with the original birthdate to make it more realistic, btw. just my opinion
