I had to hold myself back from a chuckle when he had said "slightly" stronger. At this point in time, I'm over three times stronger than Nappa was during Saiyan Saga. Considering that Saiyans, especially Saiyan Elites, don't really seem to train, I'm sure he's around the same power level. That was three months ago dude. Months.. Going to and from the planet took 2 months, and he stayed there for a month.. MONTHS!! which was stated multiple times. And you alone missed it multiple times...

I said 'oozaru' and all. And mid level saiyan oozaru is stronger than the MC in his 'base'. Hence the 'chances' of death are high. And that is why it is 'test' to begin with. If there were no chance of death, it wouldn't be a test.

That experience didn't help against Frieza who had zero experience when planet Vegita was around now didn't itđ. In Dragon Ball Series, experience only matters when power levels are close to equal.
